This interval-based program is designed to challenge your body, build lasting endurance, and improve functional strength for real-life movement. Each session combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with purposeful circuit rotations, to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient beyond the studio.
From the moment class begins, you'll feel the energy in the room and the burn in your muscles as you rotate through powerful strength and cardio-based stations.

Capoeira - Adults (Fundamentals - Level 1)
This beginner friendly Fundamentals class is where you start your first level to the rich roots and core foundations of Capoeira. You’ll master essential movements like the ginga (foundational footwork), powerful kicks, esquivas (dodges), basic acrobatics, and smooth transitions.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted to boost your coordination, balance, flexibility, and body control — all while building the confidence to move with purpose and flow.
Capoeira - Kids (6 to 12 years old)

Capoeira Kids is a fun, high-energy class where children discover the foundations of Capoeira — a vibrant Brazilian martial art blending movement, music, and play. Each class invites kids to explore movement through games, partner work, and music, while embracing important values like discipline, teamwork, and respect. They’ll sing traditional songs, play authentic instruments, and connect deeply with the rich culture behind this unique art form.

STRENGTH FLOW
Move with control, focus, and intention in this mat-based class designed to build strength from the inside out. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll flow through low-impact movements that target stability, mobility, and muscle endurance. With emphasis on form, breath, and mindful strength training, this class sculpts and tones while staying gentle on the joints.
Each class flows from one movement to the next, creating a rhythm that feels both grounding and empowering. It’s strength training with purpose—focused, fluid, and designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and energized. Perfect for those who want to lift, move, and recover all in one powerful workout.
Capoeira - Adults (All Levels)
A foundational understanding or basics of Capoeira is necessary to keep pace with the material covered in this class, we recommend 6 months of beginner-level training before enrolling, however if you want to push yourself you are welcome to join in. Participants are required to wear the appropriate Capoeira uniform to attend. Please note that these sessions are typically longer than standard classes, providing more time to explore advanced techniques and concepts in depth.
What to Expect: In this class, we will dive deeper into the art of Capoeira by focusing on more advanced sequences, acrobatic movements, and partner drills. Students will have the opportunity to sharpen their technique, enhance coordination, and build strength through challenging exercises that emphasize fluidity and precision. Partner drills will foster teamwork and timing, essential elements in mastering the Capoeira game.
Zumba
This isn’t your typical workout—it’s a dance party! Zumba combines Latin and international beats with easy-to-follow moves that get your heart pumping and your body grooving. Yoga
